The service is a mix of quick reactions and a rare quality alongside a few personal hygiene concerns. The location is on the edge of Machtesh Ramon and offers a unique setting fitting the hotel's name. The dining experience has its highs and lows with good views but some communication issues. Overall, a place with potential and quirks that may impact the stay.

The hotel has potential but falls short in some areas that need attention. The rooms had various issues like a malfunctioning hairdryer, missing towels on the second day, and problematic toilets. The check-in process for our group was poorly handled, and the group dinner room had inadequate lighting, forcing us to resort to using our phone lights to read the menu.
My stay at the hotel was an absolute dream. The rooms with their own private pools were spacious, beautifully furnished, and incredibly quiet. The service, especially from Sigalit the guest relation manager, was outstanding and truly enhanced the natural beauty of the hotel. The location in Mitzpeh Ramon was beyond superb, offering amazing hiking and biking options. The dining experience was simply wonderful, with a tasty buffet and amazing options to choose from. A few downsides were the high prices and the limited view from some areas of the hotel.
